• Standard purchase (when in stock):
  Standard orders are shipped within 2–5 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Standard orders

• Cancellations must be requested exclusively by email to tuse.store@gmail.com.
• Standard orders cannot be canceled once they have been handed over to the shipping company, even if they are still in transit.
• If the order is already in the hands of the carrier, you will need to wait to receive it and then initiate a return process.

Returns

• Returns can be requested within 14 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, clean, and in its original packaging.
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
• Refunds are processed once we receive and verify the item.
