💸 Returns and Refunds Policy
We hope you love your TUSÉ, but if you don't, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
Conditions
• The item must be unused, clean, and in its original packaging.
• Returns of products with signs of use or damage will not be accepted.
To initiate a return, send us an email at tuse.store@gmail.com indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
Once the product has been received and approved, we will issue a refund to the same payment method used for the purchase.
Important
• Return shipping costs are not covered, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately—we will send you a replacement or a full refund.
